Father Pimen

Father Pimen serves as the beloved priest of Saint Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Prosper, Texas, under the spiritual guidance of His Eminence Metropolitan Youssef, Bishop of the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of the Southern United States. He was entrusted with the pastoral care of our community and has shepherded our growing parish with deep faith, humility, and a genuine love for every member of the family of Saint Mark.

As a Coptic Orthodox priest, Father Pimen celebrates the Divine Liturgy, administers the Holy Sacraments, and provides pastoral counseling and spiritual guidance to individuals and families throughout the community. His ministry is one of presence — meeting people in their joys and sorrows, and walking with them on their journey of faith.

Father Pimen is committed to raising a vibrant, rooted Coptic Orthodox community in the heart of Prosper, TX — one that is deeply connected to its apostolic tradition while fully engaged with the life of a growing American city. He works closely with the Sunday School teachers, youth ministers, deacons, and lay leaders to build a parish where everyone belongs.

Whether celebrating the ancient liturgy, presiding at a joyful baptism, or sitting with a family in prayer during a time of difficulty, Father Pimen brings the same pastoral heart: to be a servant of Christ and a servant of God's people.
